What setup covers, on paths 02 and 03: we build your backend: your Rain Circle OS account with your business details, your pipelines and calendars, your business number and texting registration (A2P), and a guided session connecting your Sensei, your AI keys and your apps. It is a one-time fee, quoted after a short call, because a new business and a business moving from another CRM are different jobs.

Where your money goes
We keep our price simple by keeping usage out of it. You see every charge, and nothing is marked up on its way to you.
One monthly price for Rain Circle OS and your Sensei, plus a one-time setup fee quoted after a call.
Your Sensei runs on your own Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI accounts. You pay them directly, at their prices, with a monthly limit you set.
Messages your business sends through Rain Circle OS are billed at the carrier and provider cost, never marked up.

Setup is the part we do for you on Rain Circle OS: a one-time fee for building your backend and connecting your Sensei. After that, you build your website and campaigns with your Sensei's help. We quote setup after a short call, so you know the number before you commit.
Pricing questions
It depends on how much work your Sensei does for you. You set a monthly limit with each AI provider, so it never runs past what you choose. On the setup call we help you pick sensible starting limits.
A new business on the Rain Circle build and a business moving years of contacts from another CRM are very different jobs. Quoting after a short call means you pay for the work your business actually needs.
Yes. Start with the course on its own, and move up to Rain Circle OS whenever you are ready. The Dojo stays included once you do.
