The Rain Circle method is an order of work. Fix the plumbing before you turn on the tap, and never switch anything off until its replacement is live and checked.
Three phases
Map the systems you already run and find where you became the glue. Clean the data, fix the tags, confirm consent.
Put the operating layer in place on accounts you control: the CRM, the knowledge base, the Sensei and its team.
Only then add traffic, campaigns and content, once the machine can catch what comes in.
